To purchase a 20-minute phone consultation, please complete payment using the order form below. No consultation will be conducted unless and until payment has been received in full. All purchases are final; however, I reserve the right to decline any requested consultation for any reason and to refund purchases in full.
Conducting a consultation does not indicate or reflect my agreement to accept a representation. No representation will commence absent a written and signed retainer agreement to be mutually executed in the event that I agree to represent you.
Once your purchase has been received, I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your consultation. Please note that this consultation form is designed for free speech cases only. If your case does not involve free speech, your consultation request may be declined.
